Class Style: Euda generally leads a gentle, meditative, breath centered style of yoga she calls Connect IN Dots; but as an intuitive practitioner she is comfortable adapting her class on the fly to fit the needs of those in attendance. She is also extremely enamored of the power of meditation and is a certified parayoga nidra instructor.

She is available for private sessions and special events and has a weekly donation based class every Monday:
