Holding Hands and Climbing
This donation-based offering is by Satya Yoga Co-Op alum and co-president Sarah Naomi. Register here
This offering was born from my own experience of being nurtured in a community of women - the ways being witnessed, encouraged and uplifted made my life feel more possible and more rich. It is open to anyone who identifies as a womxn, and will center the experience and leadership of folks of color, but isn’t exclusively BIPOC.
Each week we will sit in circle and check in with ourselves and each other before inviting movement. For all of 2024, the focus of our practice will be in cultivating the seven types of rest: physical, mental, emotional, sensory, creative, social, and spiritual.
